Modus Operandi
We execute a contract with our client, stating adequately the terms & conditions regarding recruitment/staffing. After due signing of a contract, the recruitment procedure starts.Recruitment Procedure
1. Understanding the requirement of the client.
 
Company will help us in understanding the requirements by providing the detail profile of the IT professionals & other necessary support. This would result in minimizing the rejection rate and selection time.
2. Searching the relevant candidates.
 
Appropriate candidates would be identified by using Job Portals, Data Bank, Inter-consultants Search, Referrals, Head Hunting, Print Media, etc.
   
3. Screening of suitable candidates
  Initial screening will be carried out by Techno Vox to match the requirement.
   
4. Orientation about the client
  Complete briefing to the candidate is carried out about the company, Job requirement, code of conduct & salary structure.
   
5. Presenting approved candidates to the client.
  Once the candidate matches with the requirement of the client, soft copy of profile would be sent to the client for initial approval of the candidate.
  Once Techno Vox receives the approval from the client, candidates would be sent to the client for final interview according to the scheduled time & date.
6. Assisting client in selection procedure
  We facilitate the client as well as Candidate by providing them counseling services whenever it is required.
